Tutorial

Based on the feedback I have received I try to work on the concept. Previously I have mentioned that I wanted to explore the direction of using pop culture/media references, as my topic is regarding the media. Therefore, the ideas I have discuss is:

1. Concept of mocking the media

Since I have previously mentioned that the media we consumed heavily prioritised relationship & romance. I thought of the concept of mocking it in a way that make people realised that relationship is not everything & the portrayal in media are too perfect & inaccurate.

feedback: The concept on mocking media could be executed. However, based on how I mock the media the outcome would be different, therefore need to take note on that.

Now, I have 2 purpose of my project which is encourage and make single's feel more accepted to be single, while the other purpose is letting couples know is ok to have relationship that is not similar to the media. Think of which I want to focus on, or both.

Having and figuring out the purpose is a good way to move to our next step. Self-love could be one of the topic to link towards to. Look into the "Vanity Fair: Realtionship therapist" series because it might help you on my progress. Also look at how you can utilised social media, as people tend to craft the content to show people what they want people to see about their relationship. You could look at an instagram account called :Eva story for reference.

2. Twisting fairytales/ disney stories

As we grow up watching & reading fairytales we are influence to think that "Happily Ever After" is equal to finding a partner or being in a relationship. Therefore, I thought of the idea of twisting this concept to give out a message of "Happily Ever After" is not only acchievable through relationship.

feedback: For the idea of using fairytales or disney stories, have already been done before. So, is not original anymore.
