🌸Week 6 (DES1204)

This week is our Grad Mag idea pitch, I am slightly nervous since I am not really good at public speaking but overall I think my group did the presentation pretty well, we talked about the important points of our theme. Although, we did not get chosen my group members and I have fun designing it and make our theme work. We did the presentation using physical mood board and layout board to match our theme since our design is mostly hand drawn. We really had fun and this is a new experience to all of us. The guest lecturer have give us suggestions to improve our theme such as the layout of our design still need some improvement. We will surely take note on what she say, so that we will not make the same mistakes in the future.

For my portfolio, I have shown my lecturer my mock portfolio. I will try to improve my design since some parts of my portfolio still need improvements. I am also taught to scan my template to my computer to design the outlook of my portfolio. Besides, for the layout I have decided to put the picture of an artwork and instead of description I will be talking about my experience while doing my artworks. Moreover, the design of my portfolio layout is inspired my trading cards I will include keywords of that artwork to represent the power. In the next meet up, I will show the improve version of my portfolio and learn how to edit my photos to put in my portfolio.
