This week, we did not do any class activity instead we have our tutorial session to discuss on our progress. I have started to try out on how to do my animation!! I am trying to figure out how to do the 8-bit style animation. I have found different tutorials online to try to do my animation!
This is my first time trying to do 8-bit animation, so I did faced some challenges.
First, the adobe animate doesnt have a pixel tool unlike adobe flash in the past. So, I have to do the characters and elements on photoshop or illustrator, then only import it into animate.
Second, it seems that when I tried to import it in from photoshop the element is blur. I later figure out that the canvas is too small in photoshop so I tried to do all the elements in illustrator and it work YAY!!
I have also been thinking about what I wanted to do for my bread project. Although, I am still not sure what topic I wanted to focus on. Ms Sue Jane give me a suggestion that I can maybe do something related to the economy now versus then, since in my animation I have shows that bread in the past just cost 20cent. From the suggestion, I think I wanted to do something about the past and present to show the contrast between now and then.
