Continuing what I did from the previous week.
3rd poem
After entering the city she realizes that there is many similar trees with the similar scent, so she lost the scent she was finding from the start. However, she realize by being herself she could eventually find back her scent.
This is actually talking about the struggles I had now. I always felt a need for my work to stand out since me and my classmates all learned the same thing in college because if not, we will eventually blend with the other designers out there. Eventually, I figured out that if you be true to yourself your personality would eventually reflect your artworks and style.
(The illustration as you can see the trees now is the same height as the character to symbolize that she is blended in with the others)
The manifesto is actually just be yourself. The artwork, I have chosen is a self expression project about my hardship because through design I could express my feelings and be myself.
4th poem
In the end, she find the tree that gave out the scent. The tree that she had been finding all this time is in her. It is magical and would forever grow like her strong imagination.
This actually talks about how when I was young I was a very imaginative person. However, when I grow up I tend to not use my imagination so often since we had to face the harsh reality. So, I felt design gave me a platform to reopen my imagination and use it to create amazing ideas.

The artwork I choose is a series of plush toy I did during sem1. This is because, each of the plush toy is actually inspired by the people of Klang, and I had used my imagination to visualize how they would look like as characters.
I have finish my everything connect by this week. All I need to do is proof read everything and then print!!
