This week is the start of our second semester since our sem bread is over (see what I did there👀). So from the course structure and brief, it is obvious that the main topic we are gonna be discussing and exploring is BREAD.
So for our first class, we were asked to develop a concept map on bread, but before we get into that we were brief on what we are gonna be doing in this sem. From what I know, there is gonna be a part one and part two for this course and whatever we do in this sem will be bring forward for our following semester. One of the project we are gonna be submitting this semester which is the 30 seconds video about BREAD, the topic is up to us to decide.
For our concept map, we were split into groups of three, and we were asked to choose different parts of the world to do research on. My group have choosen North/South America to do research on, but beforehand my group have done some brief research on fun facts about bread, so it is much more easier for us. A few aspect that we would have to do our researchon is History, Culture, Politics, and Social.
Each of the groups will be taking turns on explaining what they have found out based on the research they have done. From the sharing session, we learn quite a few interesting facts about bread in different parts of the world. Besides, from what we have share we are able to find some similarities with other part of the world with the same practices or culture. We connect those similarities with a string!
